Hence why a lot and I mean a lot of money went on Diaz late. Moved the money line 200 points in half a day.

No disrespect to Juan Diaz but Im glad Marquez knocked him out and Nate beat him because I really was hoping that this hype job stopped here but yet again another fighter gets robbed of a hard earned victory.

What is the point seriously of putting your body through all of that training to fight your heart out and then get demoted to journeyman status because of the incompetency of 3 ****ing judges.

As a boxer and a true hardcore boxing fan I am ashamed to follow the sport more and more each time these decisions get read out. Man come on 118-110. How can anybody score that to Diaz 118-110. That guy got paid off man, he had to get paid off to come up with such a ridiculous scorecard.

Please can somebody tell me what is happening to our sport ?

Something definitely on a serious level needs to be done with regards to these ridiculous judges who are corrupting the sport. it needs to be cleaned up or it will be cleaned out, nobody will want to watch a boxing match because they will already know who is going to win. I thought Germany was bad for bad decisions but this one is right up there.

Die in a fire you *****.

Malignaggi won the first round more convincingly than any round. If he had power Diaz would've been on the floor several times in that round.

Wow, some of you guys have no ****ing clue how to score a fight.

Boxing requires more than movement, a jab, and posing. The only meaningful punches in the fight were from Juan, and he landed 43 more power shots than Paulie.

It was a close fight, but I don't see how so many of you thought Paulie won cleanly.

I guess it's that whole root for the underdog thing.

I"m not a Diaz fanboy, I picked Marquez to beat him and I was rooting for Nate when the two fought against each other.

I just did not see they fight the way the HBO clowns were trying to spin it. take offence to chumps who agree with Lederman attacking my card or agreeing with him.

The guys clearly a hater and a spastic, his comment about Italian fighters should tell you all you need to know about him.

About a dozen people ridiculed him for his scorecard throughout the fight, ne need to take someone like that seriously.

Its clear you dont know how to score a fight. A jab counts just as much as a power punch. Its called clean effective punching. Paulies jab kept Diaz off balance all night and Paulie was far more active.

Not only does that satisfy clean effective punching, but also ring generalship.

REad up how to score a fight. :good

Well said and exactly to the point. You have to do more then run and jab.

I watch the same fight you did, except I didn't have any rose colored glasses on in favor of the underdog who did nothing but throw and jab and clinch.

How did he win the 1st, by throwing a jab that got blocked most of the time and eating the same amount of jabs from Diaz? Sorry, but running away and flicking a jab doesn't do it for me.

He only out landed Diaz by 14 punches but threw 300 more. It wasn't a clinic in CLEAN EFFECTIVE PUNCHES. Ring Generalship?? I don't call running in circles Generalship.

The 1st round was probably Paulies best of the fight. :patsch No way you could have scored that for Diaz. He didnt land anything.
