This is a pretty nifty innovation they've cooked up, with decent incentives for loyal viewership. They are savvy as well in cross-promoting it during broadcasts, and leaving picks open until ring walks of each bout. (allowing time for someone to hear about it, sign up and make picks in time)

You can view all your picks by following this link (and logging into your Showtime account): http://www.sho.com/sho/sports/streak/stats

Who is up to a poster (5 in a row)? I've seen a few people mention getting one shipped already. Has anybody's been delivered yet? Do you get to choose, or does it come randomly?

How about the "Workout Gear"? (15 in a row, pretty much all Showtime branded swag) Have there even been 15 bouts to pick on yet, since they rolled this out?

Signed Memorabilia (by a fighter currently under contract to Showtime) is a nice prize with a deservedly high qualifying mark of 25 in a row.

The big prizes (tickets for a Showtime Championship Boxing & 1 night in a local hotel at 40 in a row; tickets for a Showtime PPV + airfare to Vegas + 2 nights' hotel at 50 in a row) are ultra sweet. I'm curious to see how long it takes for the first person to get there...and how much cherry-picking it takes. :yep (as in, picking on upwards of fifty blatantly obvious mismatches, avoiding the really tough ones)

Everybody share your streaks (or experience with receiving prizes) here. :good

I am 4-0 since beginning. I've so far correctly picked:

    Alantez Fox over Patrick Day
    Ivan Redkach over Yakubu Amidu
Leo Santa Cruz over Jesus Ruiz
    Deontay Wilder over Bermane Stiverne

So, one ridiculously easy no-brainer (LSC vs. Ruiz), one fairly easy (Redkach vs. Amidu) and two actual toss-ups, in which the majority were probably going the other way (Fox vs. Day and Wilder vs. Stiverne)

I admit fully to unabashedly ducking Amir Imam vs. Fidel Maldonado Jr. (your streak doesn't get penalized for skipping or missing bouts), and feel totally vindicated in doing so given the way it went down. That fight gave me crazy heart palpitations with no vested interest. Had I had my ShoStreak (let alone real money at the bookies) on the line, I might've died.

So you can choose to skip a few fights in the streak? Its just as long as you win the fights you do pick on?

    :nod

Which is why I wonder if someone is going to make it to 40/50 by just limiting themselves to super obvious ShoBox mismatches or something.

    I think I was at 9 or 10 before Stiverne-Wilder. Didn't give a damn about a poster, so I didn't bother with it.

But I read on another forum that they're sending out Mayweather-Guerrero posters.

Oh really? I'd figure they would be pretty recent ones.

So they don't ship automatically? You have to request it? :huh

Once you hit a streak of 5, they send an e-mail for you to redeem your prize along an expiration date. Looking at my e-mail now, and I still have two days left, so I guess I'll redeem it, just because.

Guys on the other forum also said they received a small poster for Stiverne-Wilder along with the Mayweather-Guerrero one.

Yeah man, I'll take a poster if you don't want it. Don't just let that **** go to waste.

I usually get 9 out of 10 right so I doubt I could win or you or Pinoy or Drew, it is impossible to win.

My current streak is 10. I passed on Stivern-Wilder, fight with 6'5 light middleweight, eastern european trained by robert garcia, and that Canada fight between Blizier and Ion? (can't think of their names right now.

I already received my Mayweather-Guerrero poster along with a smaller Stiverne-Wilder poster.

When you reach a streak they send you an e-mail address where you give your name, address and so on.

Had I know this before hand, I would have got your info and had it shipped to you instead.

But maybe since I waited so long to redeem, they're out of Mayweather-Guerrero posters and will send me something better.

They asked for my address in an email and I gave it to them. They said they will notify me when it gets shipped but haven't gotten any notification (it has been about a week).

Well I'm definitely extending to 5 and getting a poster:

    boxrec.com/schedule.php?country=&division=&title=&tv=SHOWTIME&SUBMIT=Go

The next scheduled card on Showtime is a February 20th edition of ShoBox: The New Generation.

Sammy Vasquez vs. Emmanuel Lartei Lartey, 10 rounds @ welterweight

    Another pretty easy one IMO.
