Oleg should get the 70% like he´s supposed to. If it is indeed true that it was Vitali who delayed the fight (by saying he needed more time) then he should be stripped of the BS Emeritus title and work his way up to contention like normal.

The WBC is jerking Oleg around with their bull****, caving in to Peter's promoters. The 55-45 split exception they made is a joke. Oleg may not be a big draw but Sam peter is not a draw either, and has lost clearly to the only top level true HEAVYWEIGHT opponent he's fought. He's done nothing to deserve a 55-45 split in a purse bid situation. It's no surprise that this type of ****'s happening when Don King's involved

I wonder if there has been any news on this whole fiasco. Last I read on it, was that Peter was maybe going to face McCall or Virchis for the illustrious Interim title, and Oleg being allowed to sit out and then fight the winner.

 

So here's a possible schedule-

Peter VS Virchis for the interim title

Peter VS Oleg for the WBC title

Peter VS McCall

THEN

Peter VS Vitali

Vitali could well not get a shot at the WBC title until 2009 if this happens. atsch
