    I'm wondering if the WBO can insist on Banks being Maccarinelli's first opponent after he wins?

    If so, I don't really see the issue.

    all sanctionning bodies suck. WBO just had the smarts to pay the IBHOF to get them as an official title and now we have to take them in account.

    But How much is Frank warren sliping Francisco Valcarcel to Sanction this as a title fight
