I rather watch Wlad vs Briggs than Jennings. Briggs had more media coverage for Wlad fights than his opponents.

At this point, it don't matter who Wlad fights, so might as well be Briggs.

Why doesn't it matter who Wlad fights at this point?

    Chef my man,

I have support Wlad and your team for loooooong time but enough is enough.:D

If Wlad takes this fight you really, really disgrace the sport.:D

IMO Wlad should really consider the retirement. Briggs was joke as a title challenger for Vitali almost 5 years ago. Come on man Chef, FUUK the $H1T the FUUK the $H1T COME ON COME ON!

Sry, I have been starting my weeked with some cold as beers.

Well I'm looking forward to Briggs being put to sleep. If he thinks Vitali hit him hard... Lol

Because everyone agrees that Wlad will retire with all his belts as there is no one who can beat Wlad. Pulev had the best chance of beating him and he had his moments.

    Wlad-Briggs should never be sanctioned.
Briggs would be in serious danger of being killed or damaged beyond repair.
I think he's possibly already demented, and he's so desperate it's really sad.

I've got zero interest in a Briggs fight. Bring on Fury or Jennings.

I've always been a fan of Briggs but I don't want to see him get a shot at Wlad. If he were to beat someone, anyone, of relevance it wouldn't be so bad but he's done little to nothing in the ring to get a shot.

If Wlad would fight 3 times a year a fight with Briggs wouldn't be so bad but Wlad fights 2 times a year at most and is nearing the end of his career. He doens't need to waste on of his last few defenses on Briggs.

If there is no Jennings fight(haven't seen anyone saying that) than Wlad could fight Fury or even Huck(not crazy about that fight but Huck is more dangerous than Briggs).

Even someone like Ruiz or Tarver(if he beats Banks) is better than Briggs.

While I agree he will retire as champion as there is nobody I can foresee who could beat him anytime soon it doesn't give him the right to fight an opponent who quite frankly at this stage is a total bum.

With that kind of logic we might as well just give him automatic wins over everyone in the top 10 right now and pay him for all these fights, I mean it's obvious he'd beat them all.

Wlad is the champion because he has proven it time and again and as a champion he needs to continue to do this. He can take a soft opponent now and again, that's fine, but Briggs is beyond soft. He's so shot it's a joke. Anyone in the top 20 would beat him badly, Wlad may very well permanently damage him. It was bad enough watching Vitali giving him the worse beating I've ever seen, Wlad would do much more damage now.

Wlad could fight 5 times a year and Briggs still wouldn't be acceptable. Briggs right now is at the level were Hughie Fury is looking at him as a safe opponent and AJ is looking at him as an easy win over a name. Briggs isn't a contender or even a gate keeper, there are plenty journeymen out there that would beat him.

He's horribly shot, just watch his fight with Raphael Zumbano Love, he has nothing left and I mean nothing. He's awfully slow, his footwork is non existent, his upper body is completely disjointed in movement from his lower body. His balance and timing are way, way off. I think Toney could beat him now, he's that bad. Leapai would ruined him.
