I didnt even say he had to touch him but Vlad just lets him do it. he doesnt even verbally defend himself!

 

briggs doesnt even deserve a response from Wlad. Sometimes the best way to talk smack is NOT TO. Don't even give Briggs the satisfaction of a response. Not only that, briggs always seems to come around while Wlad is training to fight another guy. Wlad is focused on what is in front of him, not some "PAST PRIME" fighter trying to get a payday.

Anyone can shoot back with words and verbal jabs, only the tough minded can walk away. I give Wlad a ton of credit for not falling into the Briggs banter which in the big picture is totally pointless.

Seems that younger guys cannot understand walking away when a guy talks smack. They always want to shoot back... and for what? what does it prove? Once you are older, maybe a kid or 2, the BS talking just doesnt matter and is a waste of time... its called MATURITY!

Wlad is avoiding all fighters outside the top 30.......what a ducker. he only fights more deserved ranked contenders.
why would you fight you're mandatory challenges and guys like Jennings when we could see him in with briggs who probably isn't realistically top 40, but can out talk clubbers language any day!

Wlad has enough self respect to not answer a guy like Briggs. I can tell you are to young to even understand what I am talking about.

bottom line.... Briggs means nothing to Wlad and doesnt deserve a response or even time wasted on him.

He's not afraid of Briggs, he's afraid of the **** storm of criticism he'd get for facing a shot Briggs. Fact is the German public have shown they want the fight so it would be financially viable but in reality Briggs has no chance whatsoever and is not deserving in the slightest, Briggs would be Wlad's worst defence by some margin.
