Where does a guy with money issues get the disposable income to fly to Germany just to make a spectacle of himself? Plane tickets, hotel and food for just a couple days must have set him back at least 3K.

Cannot help but wonder if CHEF still thinks Briggs is such a cool guy the way he praised him alfter the Vitaly fight? Or K2 payed for this whole stunt.

 

Also kind of strange how what Briggs does is illegal. Probably more so in Germany. If I went into the yacht club here and did that I would get arrested and possibly charged with a felony.

Really makes me wonder if this was not set up by K2.

 

He was given as much time as he wanted to say what he wanted. He wouldn't of gotten past security if he wasn't invited.

:roll: Why? it was so boring! Except for last 30 seconds there was hardly any action.

 

Can't all of these scenes from the press conference somehow be cut together to make it look like an intimidating encounter? That plus some highlight films of Shannon Briggs in the ring played on TV in Germany and eastern European countries could set the stage for Wladimir VS Shannon and make people from those regions believe that it was a real fight.

He tries to talk himself into the fight but its not going to happen. He will have to beat either a top contender like Pulev or at least a hype job like Wilder. Beating bums is not gonna get him a title fight.
