he never beat one top 15 guy in 50 fights.
seriously what makes him so good when he has never beaten ANYONE of note?
his 2 biggest "wins" were against
    1) a 48 George Foreman who he ran from all night and everyone thought he lost
    2) the white wolf...who was beating him on all cards until the last 2 seconds

    :deal

I have just watched the promo vid he has posted on Facebook. Whatever I said before, please ignore, he will be fighting fall guys on small shows or he will be getting badly beaten.
He is carrying a lot of soft weight and his movement is slow.

Briggs has nothing else lined up and can make a few bucks fighting village cards so that's what he will do now. He knows his time in the big leagues is over but he wants to make a couple bucks to feed his family I guess.

Get him in there with Ustinov. Now there's a fight I'd like to see. Ustinov of course is just coming off his dominating schooling over fellow previous era legend David Tua. Ustinov Ko's Briggs late.

Because it's a fun fight between two big punchers who are slow but have iron chins. Plus it has that angle where Briggs can see if he can avenge the loss of the previous era legend David Tua who got badly dominated by Ustinov. Ustinov vs Tua was huge down under so this fight will be even bigger.

Shannon Briggs is entitled to make a living boxing if he wants to, as long as he can pass the physical.

He's been working out for months and posting workout photos on twitter. He's taking it very seriously and appears to be in great shape now.

I'm looking forward to seeing Shannon back. I've exchanged tweets with him a few times during the past few months and he seems to be a cool guy.

    Good luck to him. :good

Unless he has just uploaded an old video he is far from great shape.
If he is healthy enough to box then why not, but it won't be anything more than backwater shows now.

The torn muscle had a lot to do with that. A shame because that would have been a barn burner.

How many people beat Foreman? How many people actually gave Lennox a fight.
But when you look at someone coming through, you coudl see he had something, extremely quick, agile and powerful.
Are the two people you mentioned in the top 15? One of the, was a world champ at the time wasnt he :think

2 people in 50 plus fights i REPEAT he "beat".
    Liakovich was a titlist....a 23-1 novice
foreman was 48 years old and he ran from him for 12 rounds and most thought he lost.
