Why do you think it's one of Wlad's Guys filming? Makes a lot more sense to think that Briggs is bringing a friend with a camera.

Why the hell would Wladimir stage something like that with Briggs(of all fighters)?, it's not like Briggs is proving to be a future opponent in any way. If anything, I would expect Wladimir to stage stuff like that with the likes of Povetkin(before they fought), Pulev(his upcoming opponent), Wilder(definitely a future possibility), Stiverne, Fury...etc

It's only Briggs acting like a fool for attention to hopefully secure a future payday, nothing else. This kind of stuff sadly works these days, look at all the attention this generated. Almost everyone has been mentioning Briggs' crazy stuff lately.

Wlad is a greedy pathetic piece of ****. The **** with Briggs is staged and fake.. Wlad wants to make a lot of money fighting old man Briggs. Briggs is being paid by Wlad to do this fake ****.

It's utterly ridiculous and embarrassing that Briggs is resorting to such pathetic antics to try and create interest in a fight. Wlad needs to just get a restraining order on this guy. If Briggs seriously thinks he can get a fight then Vitali beat him more badly than I thought, he's delusional to think it's even a possibility.

Pathetic haters. They accuse Wlad of being boring in and out of the ring. He spices things up, videos of Briggs and Wlad go viral, the public gets excited again in the heavyweights and the haters *****, whine and moan. All this is probably intended to get an American fighter with name recognition, Briggs into a fight with Wlad after Wlad slaughters the
hapless Pulev. The fight would probably get on HBO and be in America. All the all time great champions like Wlad fight no hopers from time to time if the fight intrigues the public. Look at most of Tyson's post prison fights before Holyfield.

Yeah that's Derrik. When Wlad retires, he is going to hang himself out of boredom.

Ignore him. He has long been this boxing websites village idiot. He serves a useful purpose. He reminds me to be as positive a person in life as I can. Negativity is for losers.

Good role playing by both Wlad and Shannon. Get a U.S. fighter with name recognition and a known loud mouth to build interest in a fight that could interest U.S. fans. Videos have gone viral and everybody is talking about the heavyweight division again. HBO will probably broadcast the fight that will be staged in America. K2 is in part a promotional company. They promote fights for their fighters. It is what they do.

The way I see it, if Wlad-Briggs happens in the foreseeable future, then it's probably fixed. If not, then maybe it isn't.

I mean, at least on Briggs' part there is a staged element, whether it's fake or real.

But did Briggs miss his cue? I only watched the video quickly yesterday, but I swore I heard Wlad utter the "you want some water with that" line 2 or 3 times, and I thought he may have even poured water on Briggs (with no reaction) before refilling the glass and pouring it again, this time over his head? Something seemed odd there, as I swore I heard Wlad say that line several times with no reaction.

I despise reading about that incident and calling ig staged or fixed ..

Empty restaurant? I was yesterday in an empty Thai restaurant as well. Btw this restaurant wasn't empty, there's also a womens voice at the end asking if eerything is ok.

Did you see the huge windows? Imagine you see Wlad eatig in a restaurant and suddenly you see Shannon Briggs outside stepping out from a car and walking towards that restaurant .. You wouldn't film??

This fight won't happen, so stop talking about all these conspiracy theories ffs ..

Or Briggs could be on K2's payroll to primarily drum up interest in Wlad's upcoming fights. If the average fan interest grows then probably a fight between the two will happen. There really are no negatives to having Briggs help drum up casual fan interest. He is the dangerous, flamboyant Mr. Hyde to Wlad's gentlemanly and intellectual Dr. Jeckyl.
