It just doesn't seem like Wlad to provoke a reaction, and pouring water over a volatile Briggs' head most certainly would get one. I would imagine Wlad would just walk out or something. What he did just doesn't seem in keeping with his character.

If Wlad doesn't want Briggs near him, he can get a restraining order. It's not as if this is the first time that Briggs has made a pest of himself.

I don't know about the other episodes, but this one feels off somehow. Like it was set up.

Wlad has been a fairly hands-off fight hyper his entire career... Why would he suddenly resort to WWE-style hyping with... Shannon Briggs of all people, the most irrelevant HW contender I can think of.

The only thing that makes sense is Briggs needing money very badly.

If Wlad wanted to hype up a fight for $$$ wouldn't he focus on the guy he's actually fighting (Pulev) who is actually good and openly talking **** on Wlad?

Why the hell would he hire... Shannon Briggs? He has nothing to do with anything

They were all set up. Do you think K2 would risk their golden goose by allowing Briggs anywhere near Wlad if they thought he was in any way dangerous or demented. The guy earns them millions and millions of dollars. Wlad is a rock star throughout Europe filling 60,000 seat soccer stadiums up to the brim fighting no hopers. Act demented and crazy and see how near you get to Wlad.

clearly fake, the first one of these altercations had a press release minutes after it happened.

This is really tragic. A restraining order is in order.

Is there a third member of the Klitschko family that can hospitalize Briggs a few years from now?

You guys who are surprised Wlad has bodyguards are pretty dense... Just because you're the HW champ it doesn't mean some loon can't walk up and stab you, or get hit by you and sue you, etc.

Yep, especially with the poltical scene in Ukraine, on top of this fallacy of a celebrity adoring culture that people asire to, and potentially aspire to harm in very extreme and rare cases. Always possible and need to minimise that risk.

How clever you are- have you ever thought that it makes no sense for Briggs to make a scene like that to get a payday, and noone films it???

    "camera guy" lol

it's a phone and he obviously started recording when briggs was already in the building

i don't understand all the conspiracy theories... like I said before if Wlad was going to choose all the sudden this late in his career to start "hyping" his fights, why the **** would he ignore the obvious choices like pulev, haye, etc who talk **** about him every day, and pick shannon "the cannon" briggs, who he isn't even scheduled to fight and offers very little money?

It's just Briggs being an older, roided out version of his already strange self.

Just the usual "I want to hate on Wlad" clowns.

Btw, you don't have to look far to find dense on esb (or any sports forum) :yep
