    It definitely goes a long way in boxing, you can be a pretty average boxer and go places with it but the best all have sound technical ability first.

    Wlod is another fighter who forgets to throw punches and use his skills because he thinks he can knock everyone over with single power shots

    That's why Ray Robinson was the best of all time. He had boxing ability, overall athletic ability, and KO POWER in BOTH HANDS.

    For me it's a fighter being able to adapt to his opponents style or whatever he brings at you. I don't give Floyd as much credit as I would an Ali, Leonard, or Duran for the reason Floyd hasn't ever really had to do that, on the contrary. It's his opponents that were mostly one dimensional and them failing to adapt to his style. You can have great skill, great chin, and still have great speed and power. That's what The Fab 4 brought to the table.
