I reckon ITV will get it. Didn't Sky buy out the Henessey Contract :?

 

The rumour about hennessy ITV contract going to Sky is rubbish. They would/could just pick up on Froch fight cos ITV were not willing to put up the money for it.
So it looks like Olympians will head to Sky ... even though no announcement yet!

 

Setanta and ITV are both showing live boxing that night, so I think that rules them out.

I cannot see the BBC caring about Saunders and Gavin to much, and certainly if they were to show the card they would have there fights along with skelton and broadhurst on bbc3 and have DeGale on after Match of the Day at 11:30pm.

Looks like they will end up on sky.

Let's be honest only BJS has the tools to be a quality pro, Gavin has the skills to be a decent domestic or at most Euro level contender.

The rest are doing nothing in the pro game IMO.

 

I agree, possibly Saunders aside, none of that team have the tools for the pro game IMHO.

 

I'm sure I read somewhere that the Beeb are interested in showing the Olympians.

 

Better get theit frigging skates on the Olympian card is in just over two weeks.

although i seem to remember the khan - limond tv coverage was announced really late as well.

 

James Degale was on sky sports news yesterday so my guess is it'll be on there. Sky are usually ****s for only promoting there shows or fighters.

 

Sky sports really promoted Hatton V Mayweather well, i remember it being all over, even my friends who know nothing about boxing were talking about it.

 

DeGale will do well in the Pro's he's crafty and thinks on his feet.
He's a counterpuncher who can fight on the backfoot.
Also has the aggresion and arrogance needed to exert his will.

 

Degale will be lucky if he gets to fringe world class IMHO. I'm currently deciding whether or not to develop an irrational and petty hate of him and carry it throughout his career, its an area of ESB that I do feel a little left out of sometimes.
