    Two changes....
    1 ... An International Boxing Commission MUST be introduced, Corruption MUST be controlled
    2,,,, ALL officials should be professionals & under go a course & pass it to get a license. They must also be subject to scrutiny. In cases of contraversy disciplinary action taken
