    What about Gerald Mcllelan ?

Dude was a complete animal and had even more power than Golovkin .

160 Version of Roy Jones would have had fun with him

The only guy at or below 160 that has a chance against GGG is The Special One: Kell Brook

You must not have been watching boxing for very long.

Sure, the Triple Duck hits hard but he doesn't have Edison Miranda's punching power. Not even close...

All these overrated old timers would get bodied. Golovkin is a freak of nature, granite chin, monumental power and elite skills, a true modern superhuman.

Pretty sure prime martinez beat him, too fast for the slow GGG

If even slower fighters were able to catch him, I'm sure GGG wouldn't have a hard time finding him at all. Is a shame that we never got to see them fight though.

Which "slower fighters" exactly were able to catch Martinez in his prime?

I'm a fan of GGG, but the OP must be smoking some really good stuff if he truly thinks only 3 past middleweights even had a chance against Triple G.

Let's face it: GGG hasn't fought an elite fighter yet.

I believe hopkins, winky, rjj at 160, would all give him tons of problems... and those guys are only 10 yrs back. GGG has fought NOBODY. FACT.

Clearly he is very good but let him fight the best in the division first

Have you factored in how GGG would take Hagler's power? Hagler took the Beast Mugabi's power and beat him down. Same with Hearns. These men had as much power as GGG.
