The only credible fight for Froch is a rematch with Ward

    Anything else is a farce.

Avenge your loss Carl, don't con the public with a fight vs Chavez Jr.

Froch won't be boxing again I don't think, but if he does an entertaining fight with Chavez Jnr is a better prospect than a guaranteed boring loss against Ward.

Froch has absolutely nothing to prove regards taking credible fights.

Chavez jr'd be huge fun. WTF's not to like about that? :happy

I wouldn't like to see that snoozefest again.

The same result will happen, Ward wide UD

My guess, is he will fight Chavez Jnr next (should be fun) and then maybe they try another stadium fight next year.

    Disagree.

He'll want the Ward fight no doubt, but he'd lose and it'd be dull.

He can fight who he likes to be honest. He's take 2 tough fights with Groves and done the business, I think he deserves his Vegas swansong in a winnable fight against a name like Chavez Jr.

I'd love to see the Chavez jr fight, would be non stop action. I'd also like to see degale before froch retires, just to see how he deals with the style. Golovkin would be an awesome fight aswell but I'd rather he stayed at middleweight. Don't see the point in a Kessler rubber match.

I really don't think there's much point in a ward rematch, result would be the same and do nothing for his legacy, he can at least rack up a few more good wins to add to his cv if he doesn't go for ward again.

Chavez Jr is not a credible opponent. Ridiculous to suggest he is.

Yeah but he's still a good fighter regardless of the stick he gets, plus the fact he never should have been fighting at middleweight anyway, he's massive for the weight.

You can say what you said about any guy moving up in weight it doesn't really hold water. If froch was to fight Stevenson, is froch not a credible opponent because he's done nothing at LHW? Is golovkin not a credible opponent for froch because he's done nothing at SMW?

Chavez jr would be an entertaining fight, hopefully it's not the final fight but if he fights 2 or 3 more times I don't see a problem with Chavez being one of the opponents.
