Sorry, as a British man, who likes Kell Brook, and would generally like to back the Brit over the American, I honestly can't say I could see Kell ever beating Errol Spence, whatever the scenario. I'm of the opinion that this lad is going to retire a real special fighter, honestly.

Yeh listen im not really educated in that field so i wont say its not plausible but it wouldent make much sense for brooke, his handlers and medical staff to OK thd fight with spence if he wasent ok to do so..

I just remember alot of people here saying brooke beats spence but giving spence credit for going to brookes backyard (which i think should have gotten him ALOT MORE FANS in the age of so much ducking going on)

If medical proffesionals ok'd the fight im thinking brooke was just bested on the night and if i recall correctly brooke made no excuses and admitted he was not the better man (respect for that)

Because on this forum rankings and respect for boxers are determined by personal opinion of style and personality, not by in-ring merit and accomplishment. It has always been. People align themselves with fighters, promoters, networks, and trainers as if they are literally cousins with them. It's a weird place, this forum and others like it.

 

Spence was the betting favorite but you wouldn't have known it if your opinion was based on this forum. More picked Brook from what I could see. Even if it were level with posters picks, which I don't think it quite was, the vocal half was firmly seated on Kell Brook's lap going into that fight.

 

Yes, Golovkin destroyed Brook's career, he badly beat Brook up, Brook needed a tuneup fight before fighting Spence. Perhaps Spence should fight Golovkin as a tuneup fight?

Just FYI, in the prediction league it was exactly 50/50.

Apart from that Spence beat Brook fair and square. Pre-GGG Brook may have done better, but we don't know for sure. I personally doubt he beats Spence anyway.
