HBO and MSG both said after the Ibragimov fight that they would stop showing heavyweight bouts. That isn't debatable. It took a big Puerto Rican fight before MSG accepted any boxing again.

The Haye fight was the last draw for HBO who had given him another chance.
MSG is deep in HW history and that night Wlad shamed its name and resulted in people walking out. Its common knowledge hes never allowed back.
Dont blame me Chef. Thats what happened

--Home Box Office, the American cable television network, delivered a body blow to boxing on Wednesday when it announced it would be withdrawing any plans to screen heavyweight title fights.--

If not being consistantly on HBO is the big problem, the brothers should just sign with Al Heyman. Then they will be on HBo, win, lose or draw everytime.

I said "whatever the **** that is" because the years regarded as "golden ages" vary from person to person. Dumb**** Nostalgist A can worship a different golden era than Dumb**** Nostalgist B. They'll still agree that the present, whatever decade it happens to be, is among the worst.

Has nothing to do with nationality. People hate cuz Klitschkos are the best in boxing period. Who can beat them? Pacquiao, Donaire, Mayweather, Ward ... Those guys would cry if they had to step in the ring with either Klitschko. Klitschkos fight in the real men division not the catchweight BS of the lower weights.

Hopkins? Hopkins is only recently "exciting" because everyone is amazed with how damned old he is and expecting him to epically fail every time out. During his prime, when he actually was exciting, the guy had to travel all over the place because nobody particularly liked him and he couldn't sell a fight. Even holding the belt for all of those years! So bad they robbed him trying to make Jermain Taylor the next hot thing. RJJ was "exciting". Hopkins was the odd man out.

How do you people form these delusions about what US Boxing fans like?
