    Benevidez :

    Tall, rangy, great jab, high work rate, speed, power, combinations, punches to body and head

    Vs

    Canelo :

    Short, bad jab, bad stamina, one punch at a time, very low volume punch output


    This is a very bad style matchip for the ginger.

    David is going to pepper him at range with his piston like jab and right hands. Hell force the ginger to fight at a pace hes uncomfortable with and stop him

    My prediction is he stops him in the late rounds

    They may try to drain him. I agree though. Very bad stylistic matchup for Clenelo. Better long range boxer, bigger, younger etc.

    I totally agree,,so does Canelo which is why that fight never happens. Benevidez should go to 175 instead of chasing the ginger unicorn

    Benavidez will be able to attack his body to compound his stamina issues because he's fast. Much less risk of getting countered.

    I agree Benavidez would win any decision (barring multiple KDs) given Canelo's poor workrate, but we don't know if he could handle the clean counters. Would be my favorite fight for Canelo as I have no interest in watching him at 175.

    How long can Canelo keep avoiding Benavidez for ? Most boxing fans know it would be a great match as well as also know that only Canelo is stopping it from happening,Benavidez clearly wants the fight. This fight would be a great win for either fighter even Canelo .
