I agree with you on that he did not have to say it. But when you are pumped up for a fight it does happen.

 

Yeah. Sounds like he's trying to pump himself up a bit.
Unfortunately this is exactly the sort of fight he could take a lot of punishment in. Especially if he's able to force Floyd to fight back with intensity. Normally Floyd seems to do the minimun to win. Might not have a choice this time.

 

Hatton doesnt talk smack....just not the british thing and certainly not a hatton trait....

 

Hatton wins this, I've been saying this for some time now, PBF is well overdue a loss, and Hatton is determined and hungry enough to hand it to him.

Hatton can dig a lot deeper than PBF can, and this is what will make the difference in this fight.

He's right in saying he's going to set a pace that PBF can't handle.

What do you mean having short arms won't make a difference? Are you nuts? Have you been in a ring? Hatton's short arms don't matter when he's fighting people dumb enough to stand right in front of him but PBF doesn't fight that way. Hatton's shirt arms are a key factor in this fight and only a fool would say that it doesn't matter. PBF has a huge reach advantage he has faster hands than Hatton and he can fight backing up meaning he doesn't have to set his feet to punch. What this means is that Hatton will be coming in and eating either jabs or lazer like straight right hands from range all night long. PBF will fustrate Hatton all night long with his speed and movement because he can hit Hatton at will like this and Hatton won't be able to hit him.

He has won 40+ fightings with the jab he has got
PBF hasn't not got better footwork,if he has there is not much in it
PBF only throws ocasional counter punches,usually he just waits for the other guy to tire before attacking
I have no idea what Ring Generalship means as every fight and style match up is different
Hatton def has the better stamina

I don't think it would be that much of an upset if Hatton won,if the same guy who turned up for the Tszyu fight turns up he has a good chance.

 

If floyd adopts the same tactics like he did in his last four fights then he will get hurt!

 

You don't have a clue. PBF is the best counter-puncher in the game today...few will argue this point. How many PBF fights have you seen?

but hatton is not in there to start jabbing and backing up mayweather he wil man handle and get on the inside, and yes i have been in a boxing ring and yes i have fought people bigger than me but there is always a way around having a shorter reach, take for instance joe frazier and ali, he got on the inside and was more powerful, so it is possible, hatton has a very good chin and he will take 6 punches to give one but floys hits with no power they will not hurt hatton, but if hatton hits myweather like he did castillo then floyd wont b looking so pretty in the ring thats for sure

 

You couldn't be more wrong if you think Hatton will walk right through PBF's punches you are sadly mistaken. Ask Oscar a much bigger man than Hatton and a better chin to boot he was rocked by PBF's feather-fists.

 

I am not to sure abouts floyd power because the fights i ahve seen in him have been post lightweight. With the exception of gatti and shamba mitchell I have never seen him take anybody out. So I don't think his power will stop hatton in his tracks, i mean KTs did not.

 

Hatton is a comedian. Unless he got the judges on payroll via ODH persuasion there is no way Floyd is getting an L. Oh yeah, floyd is going to make his poppa Hatton call it quits. You will see that fight how quick and versatile Floyd truly is. Hatton is a wet dream fight for him offensively. He can pull out any punch he wants.

 

So you think its going to be like a shamba mitchell and gatti pasting do you. I mean hattons got a better chin than judah, u ask KT who knocked out chicken legs in two rounds.

 

That **** is comedy. Floyd can commit to a punch whenever he damned well pleases. He does not over commit b/c its his style not to put it all on the line with one shot but quick HARD shots that do damage and wear down the opponent. ALWAYS. Hatton is a pressure fighter that just hits and hold immediately on every single exchange. What happens when the other guy is not there to be held or putting elbows up in your throat. Hatton is wild and when he misses he misses wildly and is open to counters after every punch.
