Fine. Shogun won a tournament in an organization that no longer exists and has beaten two shot fighters in the UFC. Boom... the greatest resume for a title shot ever in the history of the world. Nobody has ever done more to earn a title shot. In fact, Chuck Liddell should be ashamed of himself, fighting the likes of Couture, when he could've fought his own past prime self to shoot up the ladder to a title shot. Mark Coleman might be the best 205 fighter in the planet, so beating him is amazing.

Dumb Machida had to dominate 6 opponents and have Frank Mir and Rampage get injured to get a title shot. He's a bum who didn't earn it like Shogun did. I mean... 39 year old Chuck Liddell AND 44 year old Mark Coleman!!!!!!!!!! Yowza... HOW DID SHOGUN SERVIVE THAT MURDERER'S ROW!

Makes the fact that he did nothing in the UFC before getting a title shot and not winning a significant fight for two years anywhere seem irrelevant. HE BEAT MARK COLEMAN!!!! OHMYGOD!!!!
