Styles make matches, all we have here is another classic case of the boxing triangle. Frazier beat Ali, Foreman beat Frazier, and Ali beat Foreman. Another case - Robinson beat Fullmer, Fullmer beat Basillio, Basillio beat Robinson. Cotto's style and physical attributes made it hard for Mosley to win a decision. Margarito's lack of defense made it somehwat easy for Shane to win and knock him out. Cotto's nonstop attack, lack of defense as well, and 4 inch height disadvantage made it possible for Margarito to weather the storm and stop him.

Styles make fights though and I'll go with Cotto on the SSM rematch. Miguel was successful on the backfoot with Mosley. He was successful with Margarito too, but like Mosley said about Antonio hurting him to the body, AM hurt Cotto with body shots throughout the fight and was depleted late in the match, thus stopped. The smaller man needs to go inside and go for the kill, especially with Miguel Cotto's heavy hands. The Boriqua is blessed with power.

    a) Who the **** is talking about Tito? Are you in love with him?

    b) Mosley and Margarito are proven cheaters. Tito is not. Only BHOP tried to get into his head as he usually does.

    c) You must be another frustrated Oscarsexual mad at your father Felix Trinidad.

    d) You're gay.

He is not the winner? Well of his fight with Mosley he is the winner. He is on his way to being champ again. And again, he beat Sugar Shane !!!!!!! Cotto is his father.

It was a close fight, and the only one hurt was Cotto. If the ref handn't interrupted the action, Cotto might have been in huge trouble. All that really matters is Mosley is the champ and Cotto has a ko loss on his record. Shane now has the belt and he's the legit champ at 147.

Bingo. And Mosley will crack Cotto's questionable chin even worse if they have a rematch.

Hahahahahahaha Cotto was in trouble. Yeah nice nice. Cotto clearly won that fight buddy.

Cool Cotto got KO'ed by Mr Plaster but he softened him up real well for Sugar Shane. Cotto has only one loss , Shane five. Cotto will be champion again in a couple of weeks. Cotto is 28. Mosley 37.He beat Mosley. So who I rather be? Cotto with out doubt.

Cotto's questionable chin ? at 147? Are you even serious? Not even all of Margo's plaster shots took him down, he had to take a knee by himself. Cotto has never been down at 147. Vernon Forrest took Sugar Shane Balco down and almost finished him. So yeah great logic there as to who has the questionable chin at welter.

You'd rather not be the champ now? You'd rather not be on the p4p list now? Also, it is a fact he was in trouble. He actually began to run, then he decided to box Mosley for the rest of the fight.

Lets see. Would I rather have 5 losses or one? Would I rather be 28 or 37? Would I rather be involved with steroids or not? Would I rather beat Mosley or not?

The only one you have going for you is that Mosley is the champ now. But Cotto will soon be champ and will again beat Mosley in a rematch.

    Cheers mate! No hard feelings.

Good points but I still win. Cotto still has to get over the fact that he took a brutal beating. Also, I'd rather be a hof'er that has a legit win over Oscar, as well as be considered one of the greatest lightweights ever. A rematch between Cotto and Mosley should happen immediatly.

You have no proof, none whatsover, that Margarito had "plaster" in his gloves in that fight. Heck it hasn't even been conclusively proven he had it in the Mosley fight. On the other hand, we do have proof that Cotto gets put on ***** street by MUCH smaller fighters (Corley) and tastes canvas against others (Torres).
