    15 rounds only for proper verified championship fights but only 160 and above and the ring mag could sanction.

    That is part of being a great boxer. If we went back to 15 maybe we wouldn't have so many fatass heavyweights like Peter and Arreola stinking up the division. I think it is no coincidence that the decline of the well-conditioned HW's was seen after the 15 rounders were eliminated.
