Iran Barkley and Hagler, I'd have hated to stare across the ring at either. You know they're bringing everything.

Though Williams (who only had lost against Francis before, what he avenged) was actual favourite and this was a mandatory defence by Sam.
He had also a very impressive Performance vs. Denis Bakhtov for the WBC International title. That was candidate for fight of the year. The defeat by Krasniqi was close.

I thought he did mainly underground fights, as he had no license for regular boxing and didn't regards the Queensberry rules.

Abraham was fought too, when he fought 8 rounds with double-broken jew in the first Miranda fight in September 2006 (the blood battle of Wetzlar). Beyer fought with broken fists against Woodhall the last 4 - 6 rounds in Telford. And Zsolt Erdei went into the bout vs. Mehdi Sahoune with a broken rib.

Actually it WAS in the second round Read the book Muhammad Ali My Life & Times by Thomas Hauser. The doc & Ferdie Pacheco both said the same thing and wanted Ali to quit he refused. The hospital said afterwards that the pain must have been excruciating as there was a
quarter of an inch gap on the break when they X Rayed him

Ike was the complete boxer puncher. He outboxed Tua & he nearly decapitated Byrd the fancy boxer. It took a lying Vegas hooker to bring him down
