I really can't take these threads seriously on if Pac has a chance against Floyd at a catchweight, Malinag, so on and so forth. Its ridiculous.

He can go to 135 and beat somebody of the likes of Nate Campbell or even win David Diaz's belt, but it wouldn't amount to **** in my book. Go big or go home. No point in fighting anybody in that division unless you eventually plan to fight the top dogs like Juan or Julio Diaz or Casa. I would be more satisfied in him beating somebody like up and coming Katsidis or Anthony Peterson rather than beating David Diaz. All David Diaz has is a belt and hasn't established himself. Neither have people like Katsidis, Peterson or Kid Diamond, but they are more dangerous and would mean more in the long run.

Don't be fooled even if he moves up and beats David Diaz or anyone else on that level, the real challenges are the other Diaz. The Pac express will be shut down at 135 if he sticks around for too long.

The thoughts of him going to 135 at this point is plain ridiculous.

JMM, Guzman, Soto, Valero. These are four formidable foes he has to face first and solidifies his hold at the 130.

He isnt even going to beat Barrera so hold off on the 135 talk although he would destroy David Diaz who looks pretty bad.

Dam straight Barrera is the true defention of a great fighter and will ****ing bring his A while I bet Pacquiao is alittle unfoucused although everyone is warning him. If Morales can beat Pacquiao and Marquez can I really see no reason to believe Barrera cant outbox Pacquiao.

Yeah cause Barrera has pissed his pants so much, Yeah what a ***** I mean why did he even sign for a rematch agianst a dude hes scared to death of  Junior Jones whipped him worse then Pacquiao did and he went right back in there and some people even think he won the rematch. When a guys fought Junior Jones twice,Kennedy McKinney,Rocky Juarez twice,Kevin Kelly,Erik Morales 3 times,Johnny Tapia,Robbie Peden and Nassem Hamed ur going to have a hard time making me believe hes pissing his pants at any person.

Pacman can win a belt at 135, but 135 is not a good weight for him. 130 is a good weight, but I always thought he was best suited for 126. Anybody who says he beats Mayweather or Hatton is delusional.

As my favorite fighter I would love for him to be competitive above 130. However, realistically looking, the only 2 title holders at 135 I can see him possibly beating are David Diaz and Kastidis. 140 is simply way too much for Pacman, especially with his style. Lets not forget he started his carrer at 105.

Katsidis would knock him out easily. 4 rounds or something. He hits far too hard and is too big for Pacquiao.

Pac would beat David Diaz at 135lbs and Gavin Rees at 140lbs though.

Please stop. Who has Katsidis fought and beat to suggest such an outcome? 2 fights ago he fought a "can" with a record of 5-2. At this point besides the entertaining style Katsidis is totally unproven commodity.

you're giving katsidis too much credit... sure, he's a warrior, even the new "gatti" but just like gatti, he will be starched when he finally faces elite p4p fighters. he can't even finish off a c-level fighter like amonsot who has much less punching power compared to pac. the guy cuts too easily to be in the ring w/ a relentless, punching machine like pac. he'll just lose buckets of blood until he finally collapses.
