...who's winning? Honestly, I don't see how even the thorough Pacquiao fans can say Pac is winning. He is currently far behind Mayweather, in my opinion. A absolutely flawless and spectacular showing against Tim Bradley might make it close again, though. We'll see.

    What are your thoughts?

Do you mean all time or right now? Right now Floyd has put himself in a very good position.

Currently. I use this analog because they will probably never fight, so their accomplishments will be based on proxies.

If you're comparing all accomplishments thus far, Manny still edges him IMO.

Floyd is ahead in their pathetic little game, we are all losing though

'The fight couldn't happen even with 50/50'

    Bob Arums own words

More recently, they both had negotiations with Cotto on the table

Mayweather moved up to fight him at his own weight

Pac wanted him to drain down to 148

    Mayweather looks better

And Pacquiao had a win over Cotto 2 1/2 years ago and no incentive to move up to fight him again, especially as fans didn't want that fight. Do you hold it against Floyd for demanding De La Hoya rematch him at 147?

Anyhow, does that logic apply to Marquez and Hatton, since Pac fought them at their best weights and didn't cheat them, or is used only when convenient to Mayweather (not that 154 is Cotto's best weight, historically there will be no question WW was his prime weight)?

It has nothing to do with a rematch

Pacquiao said he wanted Cotto, Cotto said 'fight me at my best weight' Pac said no

Mayweather was willing to do what Pacquiao would't

    Simple as

Cotto himself said as much before the fight

I don't hold it against Pacman, but Mayweather simply came out of the situation looking better

Would you like me to make a poll to get the general consensus?

How in the hell did Pac fight Marquez at his best weight. You must be talking about the first fight because it sure wasnt the last one. Where he thought he could bring him up in weight and take advantage of him, When Mayweather had a questionable decision against Castillio, he went right back and fought him and won. After every Marquez fight Pac has'nt wanted anything else to do with Marquez. Remember this business is done. Pac we the fans determine if that business is done. Bradley will IMHO be the wrong opponent for Pac and roach to try and cherry pick because he is young and is just as fast as Marquez. Is he as technically sound as Marquez probably not but I think they crack about the same except marquez places his punches better and has a better uppercut and jab. Bradley will take Pac to hell.

There is no argument on Cotto versus Pac because Pac wouldnt even fight him at 147 for Cotto title. What kind of since those that make. Im the champion but I need to conceed to weight draining to get a big payday and an advantage. :hat
