Next Fight - Tyson Fury defence of Chisoras British and Commanwealth titles 2nd - Alexander Ustinov (In U.K for the EBA title ) 3rd - Odlanier Solis (in U.S) 4th - Alexander Dimitrenko (Germany for the EBU tile) 5th - Tomasz Adamek (In the U.S winner gets a title shot) David Haye would be a massive fight in the U.K much bigger then Haye Audley and would be much more competitive. These would all be great fights and all would be very winnable fight for Chisora. Any other suggestions
More competitive yes, bigger no unfortunatly despite Del Boy has achieved something Harrison never will in winning the British title he is still a much bigger pull than Chisora. Not sure about the rest, Fury will be next and then another defence (if he beats Fury) to win the Lonsdale belt outright. The European title fight against whoever the holder is, then a defence or 2 then world title fight would be my guess.
Does he really need to face Tyson Fury though...? Same Sexton was a war proven and very tough fighter, with skill and allot of toughness. This is by no means the end for Same Sexton he is a very very good fighter. Del Boy needs someone on the world stage now. Why waste your time with Tyson Fury, even though i like Fury.
I personally want him to be matched like the up and comer that he is, in terms of world stage at the moment he is still at the prospect stage. I would like to see Fury-Chisora next but if not that then I would like to see a Commonwealth defence against a decent opponent such as Neven Pajkic (Undefeated Canadian Champion) Alex Leapai (Hard hitting Aussie up and comer), Kali Meehan (Experienced decent fringe contender).
I like the idea of him fighting Leapai, but I think he'll want to win the British title outright first. Him vs Fury will be a very big fight in the UK if it comes off and hopefully he does.
Suppose that depends on how much he wants the British title, the bbboc will order it so he will have to vacate. Plus lets remember he is only 26 and hasn't really fought anyone decent apart from Sexton (Williams was shot to pieces) so isn't it a bit soon to throw him into world level??
Yes i thought of that too when i made the thread but i wasnt sure who else to use that would push him into a title shot. ...... maybe Denis Boytsov he should be just on title shot verge by then
Why? He is 26 had 14 fights and isn't an amazing talent. He needs grooming if he is to make it near that level, he still has a very long way to go.
Harsh Rob considering how many fights he's had AND given how bad the division is I think he'd give a decent account of himself at fringe World class
