it is disgraceful. the weakest HW resume of anyone probably ever fighting for a title, and not even against the real champion

Leapai is more deserving of a title shot than the Bum Bomber

    Really?

Who exactly had Pianeta,Wawrzyk,Kevin Johnson and Wach beaten??

Wilders resume is as crummy as most guys getting title shots these days at hw

do you know that all those fights were voluntary defenses?

Windmiller was named MANDATORY for the new WBC beltholder, which is far more disgraceful than not being able to get a top 20 opponent for a voluntary defense

Malik Scott was a ranked fighter and he beat him.

Also belts havent meant anything in about a decade. Voluntary, Mandatory, its all nonsense.

Leapai is apparently a mandatory and the guy has a KO loss to Kevin Johnson for crying out loud.

Audley Harrison fought for the WBA title.

Shot to pieces Shannon Briggs and Hasim Rahman(Rahman actually limped to the ring) have fought for legit titles in recent years.

Who cares? My point stands, his record is as good if not better than the majority of guys who have fought for tHW titles over the last 5 years.

    Kevin Johnson
    Wach
    Pianeta
    Shot to pieces Rahman
    Shot to pieces Briggs
    Wawrzyk
    Harrison
    Leapai
    Charr
    Sosnowski
    Shot Mormeck
    Boswell

Tell me which one of these deserved a title shot more than Wilder and why.

the difference is Wilder was enforced by the WBC and IS A MANDATORY, meaning he HAS to fight the winner of Arreola-Stiverne, each one of those guys apart from Leapai and shot to **** Rahman were VOLUNTARY, meaning that Wlad, Vitali or Povetkin DIDN"T HAVE TO FIGHT THEM AND ONLY DID IT VOLUNTARILY, THEY COULD OF CHOSEN OTHERS BUT FOR REASONS OF THEIR OWN CHOSE THOSE FIGHTS OVER BIGGER CHALLENGES

Wilder becoming WBC MANDATORY by beating a guy who's 1-1-1 in his last 3 fights is horrendous, and that's his only meaningful fight (beating his sparring partner in a fixed fight) in 6 years and 31 fights

Ill repeat, the sanctioning bodies have NO credibility.

    Mandatory/Voluntary, its all nonsense.

Champions can simply tell bodies who they want as their mandatory.

Mandatorys are as vaild as voluntary defences.

Look at the list of guys Valuev fought for his WBA title.

    BELTS MEAN NOTHING.

If wlad has any integrity he'd refuse to fight Leapai.

    What?

Since when do fighters tell the sanctioning bodies who they want as a mandatory? :rofl:rofl

Do you have any proof of let's say Wlad telling the WBO "I want Leapai as my next #1 mandatory instead of Fury or Chisora"? I thought not

And you think Im naieve for thinking Scott/Wilder isnt fixed.

Care to explain to me how Boystov/Leapai was a mandatory fight in the first place?

How Rahman got a mandatory shot?

How Valuev was able to fight guys off the street for the WBA title?

You keep thinking that theres some legitimate scientific way of sanctioning bodies choosing mandatories, and not some guy sitting in an office who chooses depending on who pays him the most.
