So you mean because there are no Welsh sitcoms on any of your 500 channels of ****, you can't be expected to recognise the Welsh flag?

    What an idiot.

Your arrogance is only overshadowed by your ignorance.

    More arrogance.

But you still can't provide a genuine reason for not recognising the Welsh flag.

 You can't even grasp the irony in your post - if the state of New York is more known than Wales, why didn't the guy you're replying to know it?

Looking for attention again Muttley? Anyway, no there aren't any Welsh sitcoms on t.v here that I know of. As far as the flag, I can't expect the average American to recognize the Welsh flag. Wales is a small country with no representation in the U.N or the olympics. Their soccer and rugby teams don't really play over here either. There's no good reason for the average American to be familiar with the Welsh flag.

One is a part of the other. If you're familiar with New York city, then by extension you're familiar with New York state.

So you didn't watch RJJ vs Calzaghe? Because there were plenty of Welsh flags in both the audience and in the ring when they sang the national anthems, son

Pitiful excuse - I live in Australia, it's approximately 24 hours flying time from here to the UK, yet I am aware of and familiar with countries from the UK and Europe, their flags, and even some of their customs and ways of life - amazing eh? And that has absolutely nothing to do with geographical location, it's got everything to do with natural curiosity, the desire to travel and explore other cultures not making me sit on my fat arse in my home country, and in general, respect for other people.

I've even been to the USA - go figure huh?

Muttley, you're talking about 1 person. I'm speaking about a whole nation in general. I know you get a kick out of picking fights with me, but this is common sense here. Everything I said is perfectly logical. Let's also not forget that the dollar is weak against the Euro and the pound, it's more expensive for us to travel to Europe. Now does every American stay stateside? Of course not. However, they don't travel as much as Euros for the reasons I outlined.

Muttley you make up **** all the time, I've already proven this. If you don't get that differentiating between accents is made easier with familiararity, I don't know what to tell you. It's common senese.
