The Pavlik Rumours And How They Started!

I gave up reading ringtalk years ago. Fernandez just seemed like a guy that likes to hear himself say potentially controversial things really loudly and be called edgy because of it. "Balanced" he is not.

If it's actionable, I hope they sic the lawyers on him. At the very least, force a public apology.

 

Whatever you say, to be honest if I was Pavlik, I would have played along with the whole thing. He could have said that he only got his ass kicked by a 43 year old, and agreed to fight Sergio Mora because he was pissed off his head.

Sounds better but doesn't look better. There's a big difference between Mora and Sturm: Mora signed a contract for the fight, Sturm is just a plan.

Now let me tell you something: Sturm declined a career-high payday to face Abraham, I simply doubt Arum could offer so much more that Sturm would return to the scene of the crime where he was robbed by Top Rank judges.

Almost 2 years of just talk from Top Rank. But let's just clear these rumors first, and talk about an upcoming fight after that.

 

It could've been a big year for King Arthur if he was told by Arum 'sorry, although we said the opposite, actually we'll never let you near the MW championship'. He would've found excellent opportunities at SMW, but now he's getting the usual **** for the opponent selection while he's waiting on the MW opportunity that never comes.

 

Especially from a one-dimensional boxer. (sorry, just kidding)
