Man hate to admit it but got to give it to Haymon again. :verysad This PBC website is great. *Easy to navigate schedule *Good tale of the tape section with linked profiles and videos *Links under each fight for TV information and live venue tickets *If you missed a fight, no worries....highlight videos and @n@lysis, stats, and round by round scoring *The overall design is clean and intuitive *You can set up alerts so that you never forget about a fight (THIS is very important since PBC fights come on multiple days and multiple channels) Dare should I say.....this is the best presentation of boxing information on the web right now. Much better than the krappy TR and GBP websites.
Haymon will go down as one of boxing's greatest advisers and one of the greatest in terms of promoting boxing to the world, bringing it back on network television etc.
No doubt, Haymon's team is the best in boxing. Probably one of the best group of executives in ANY sport if we're being objective. Wish we knew more about who they are: Al Haymon Sam Watson Richard Schaeffer who else?
Love him or hate him, Haymon is doing more than anyone else in boxing to make the sport easily digestible to the casual fan.
That would be VERY good. :yep Maybe that will get rid of the ABC belts. :yep The PBC champion will be the unified champion. The only one that matters!!! :happy
Actually it would be VERY GOOD If it makes the ABC belts obsolete, it would be brilliant. PBC can become the only belt that matters. :happy
How likely is that in all honesty? Instead of it getting rid of ABC belts we'll most likely have another split in the sport like we've had with SHO and HBO, I don't think it will be good for boxing.
It's a lot better than the mess we have now. :yep THE UFC Format is actually great. 1 champion per weight class like boxing was in the old eras. I'd much rather have Haymon controlling it all . :yep Everyone signs with Haymon, everyone gets to see free fights. :deal
