without wanting to sound rude, the yanks really screwed the pooch here... hatton should fight at home, least fans would get to see him that way. MGM might be good forthe cash, but its crap for fans. /Theo
What crap atmosphere are you talking about? :think If they will allow more than 4,000 Hatton fans in there it's not gonna be crappy . . . it's gonna be shitty! :yep These people are gonna be singing again . . . as if they are watching a goddam football game. :hey Just ****i'n annoying. :bbb Since that is the situation . . . the other fans can sing their hearts out in the parking lot. :rofl
What atmosphere would you like? One where the high rollers come in 5 mins before the main event, watch in silence and the **** off to the gaming tables straight after the fight is finished?
The atmosphere where you can hear the punches' impact on the fighters. Who the **** cares about the high rollers? I'm there to watch the fight not the audience and get distracted. :yep If these people wants to sing while watching let them watch football.
Are your powers of concentration that poor that a bit of singing puts you off? Give these guys a call, they may be able to help you... http://www.add.org/
Nah nah nah I just hate the ****i'n singing period. :yep If I want to hear singing . . . I'll be watching a concert dude. :rofl :good
I agree entirely. Americans have killed off the event. Maybe they fear European boxers becoming too big or something, I don't know.
When I went over to MSG to watch Lewis-Holy I could see some of the Americans just wide-eyed and shaking their heads at all the singing and noise....it really made me chuckle, at least you know the tactic is working on somebody!!:good
yeah, you yanks really can't do sports atmosphere. you should go see a big football derby in person, the north london derby, old firm, city-united, liverpool-everton. can't beat it.
