This is an exercise very popular with my non-boxing friends. I think it would transfer well into a boxing training routine, but what do you guys think? It takes about 20 minutes:

    1 pull-up; 2 dips; 3 press-ups
    60-90sec rest
    2 pull-up; 4 dips; 6 press-ups
    60-90sec rest
    3 pull-up; 6 dips; 9 press-ups
    60-90sec rest
    4 pull-up; 8 dips; 12 press-ups
    60-90sec rest
    5 pull-up; 10 dips; 15 press-ups
    60-90sec rest

and then back down again. once you can do that, there is a PDCP (includes chin-ups)

Yeah, it's hard, don't forget to go back down again - ie. 123454321.

It's a quick learning curve, but the 'advanced' version (with chin-ups) is waiting for you once you can do that.

The difference being that this is kind of supersetting them so they're being worked out together. Or something like that... no doubt your example would be tough, I just like trying to vary the routine when I can.

Not bad but I think even I could manage that.

Something the kickboxers at my unversity like to do is:

10 sit-ups, 10 push-ups, 10 burpees (with jumping, and knees up to chest),
    9 sit-ups, 9 push-ups, 9 burpees

And so on down til you hit 0, doing them all as fast as you can. For no one exercise are you really doing that much, but it's a quick way to wear yourself out at the end of a training session. The burpees are what really make it exhausting.

I hate burpees but they are the bomb.
