They're just laying down the ground work for their transition to pro wrestling.

I don't think anyone will be charged with anything

Haye will say he was defending himself from attack with his fist (and bottle) and then with the tripod and the only "harm" or injury that he caused was too his trainer (and it wasn't intentional) and he won't press charges.

Chisora will claim that he approach Haye without any intention of violence and then he got punched. He'll say he made the death threats in the heat of the moment and will apologies and everyone will get on with their lives.

The BBBC will probably ban them both for a short while, which will only hype the next fight even more - which hopefully will be Chisora v Haye now - exciting stuff isn't it.

Any one care to guess how long the ban will likely be?

Booth can't "opt out" of pressing charges. You can't try to kill someone, for example, then bribe them not to press charges. The crime has been committed and nobody asks the victim if they are "pressing charges"...the case is simply prosecuted.

Chisora already threatened Haye before the incident. Haye acted much in self-defense.

After the incident Chisora again threatened Haye. This time to shoot him.

Chisora is the one that needs to go to jail. Or at least get banned for a couple of years.

yeah but if the "victim" says he was unintentionally injured and that the "assailant" was actually acting in self-defense, then where is the case?

    German law:

    § 224

    Rough summary:

If you (try to) harm someone with .... a weapon or another dangerous instrument/tool ... you´re goint to jail for 6 months to 10 years and in a minor case 3 months to 5 years.

David Haye used a bottle and a camera stand to injure others and at least in case of the camera stand clearly not in self defence....

See you in prison David. ;)

What does the german law say about "threats to kill or bodily harm someone"?
