    Doesn't take much. Just right click on the picture, and save it to your computer picks. You should have an option to play with the size on your own computer. Then just go into your private account here at ESB, and click the link that says edit avator. Then click browse and go find the image saved in your pics. Its a process that takes about 20 seconds.
