The picture quality is visibly much worse than a normal sky sports broadcast. Its like watching a piece of **** cheap budget channel with a low bit rate. I'm no paying for this poor quality and this is the last SKY box office PPV i'll ever buy. SKY SPorts have alway's provided me with an excellent picture until now. People moan about Setanta being a poor quality channel with low bit rate buy my SKY box offcie feed tonight is bollox and much worse than any Setanta broadcast.
If you have Virgin Media Cable.... then you should get at "itgate 220" ....you can use composite input/output and also record (ala V+ box).... and the added bonus of ...(All channels)
Ring them up in the morning and get a refund like me. :good We should get the same quality picture that we've had with all other SKY Box Office PPV's and the same quality we've had from SKY Sports over the years on their normal channels. ITV4, Eurosport, SCI-FI channel etc level Bit Rates and pixelation are not acceptable for a sky sports broadcast. :nono
What a rip off. A low bitrate for a ppv event is beyond the joke. Low bitrate channels are a waste of time. Pixelation along with a god awful ugly channel logo makes them just irritating to watch. Tuffnutz do you have Sky or cable?
i ordered it once the fight had started. The screen was just blank (blue) with the commentary being played raging.
