Left on the 30th, for partying. Getting back to it now, sister gave my mom her treadmill. Going for a run now.
It said I burned 420 calories. which I am doubtful of, but still nonetheless. That was probably the first time I have ran for over 30 minutes straight possibly ever, and the first time I ran over 2 miles straight without stopping since probably high school.
Did not run the past two days, decided to rest, and give my legs a rest as well but being sick was ugh. Im better now, still a stuffy nose. Going to run after the game.

I still have no idea how I went from struggling with 2.5 miles to 5 miles with ease. I've never ran more more than maybe 30 minutes straight when I was 18. For these hour runs. I start out at 4 speed, switch to 4.5 at 2/3 minutes in and run on that until 20-25 minutes. Then switch to 5 speed for 15 minutes. Then I run on 5.5 until I hit 5 miles.
Possibly thanks to p90x? I was doing the cardio for a few weeks before the treadmill. Anyway, in a bit, will hit the weights.
