    Just did a good push up/ dips work out.

    Didn't feel like going out in the cold to my bench.


    Will try to do the p90x cardio tonight.

    Legs need rest or a change up.

    Did a p90x cardio with a plan to run for 20 minutes afterward.

    I got on the treadmill and my stomach was upset. Couldn't do it.


    Will try to run for 20 minutes later.

    Just did a 33 minute 3 mile run. 500 calories.

    Did some biceps and back today.

    Got on the treadmill yesterday to run, only ran a mile. My hamstrings were way to sore.

    My hamstrings are still sore as ****, I can barely stand walking let alone going for a run.


    I might take this day off completely.

    Was going strong then just stopped to watch football and be lazy.

    Back on it today. Thanks for some help from aramini

    Stuck to my word. Of course.

    5.1 Miles - 60 Minutes - 905 Calories


    Did 5 wind sprints during the middle of it.

    I seriously need to find a balanced diet. I have a one in my mind but don't know if its any good.

    Ran for 3 miles, 32 minutes, 575 calories.


    Also did P90X abs last night.

    I need to start running when I get up or working out. Cause running at 5/6 doesn't cut it to try to work out now.

    Today was going to be an off day, then I went and helped my mom with shopping and we had lunch. totally cheated my diet, must make up for it tomorrow or possibly later tonight.

    Forgot to update last night.

    Ran for 3 miles in under 30 minutes, 535 calories.


    I had to move a whole trailer full of wood. Sole biceps and traps from that.

    Worked out my chest/triceps/shoulders earlier in the day.
