I did it again, forgot to post. 3.5 Miles, 34 Minutes, 625 Calories Last night, giving my legs a rest today (maybe) Will try to get in some weights today as well.
Just got done running, 5.75 Miles - 64 Minutes - 1015 Calories I was going to take a picture but the treadmill reset the calories to 000 when it hit 1000. Lol.
Slow run today. 42 Minutes - 4 Miles - 700 Calories Finishing with cooldown was 45 minutes - 4.25 miles, 750
Last night, ran for 3 minutes, 32 minutes, 530 calories. Legs are really beat. Going to rest them tomorrow.
I gave myself a cheat meal today. Basically all I did was have a Pepsi and added Pepperjack to a sandwich. Lol.
Again didn't post. I somehow managed to run yesterday for 3 miles, 34 minutes, 530 calories. I just focused on the basketball game (lakers) and managed. I am disappointed. Im stuck at 181 despite sticking to my diet this whole time (even with the one cheat meal I should still of gone down. I've been more calories everyday than I intaked. A LOT more. My BMR is around 1900, I'm fairly active, probably 2400 I would normally burn then add 500+ for running. That's like 1000 calories, 3500 per lb of fat to burn. !!!!!!!!!
Didn't run yesterday. Legs were really exhausted. Today they were still sore but just ran for for quite a bit. 5.25 Miles - 62 Minutes - 930 Calories
Cheated yesterday and did not run. Did a lot of walking around though. Today I made up for it. 71:30 - 6.25 Miles - 1105 Calories
