    Good Stuff Man! Can You not post what you actually do for chest etc.. as in which exercises how many reps and sets?:good

    thats ****ing slow...back when i was in shape i use to do 5 miles in 35 minutes.

    now i do it in 10 to 5 minutes..because i just ****ing drive it.

    Im merely pacing myself, and just trying to burn the fat off. I'll progress to get faster and faster.

    Sure.


    Earlier today I did Back/Biceps/Traps


    I did 3 sets of pull ups. Palms facing away.

    3x10 Pulls up - Bodyweight
    3x10 Bent Over Rows - 70lbs
    3x10 T Bar Rows - 80lbs+ part of bar
    3x10 Dumbbell Rows - 45lbs (Actually use the 45lb weight no dumbbells here)
    2x7x3 21's w/ Olympic Bar + 10lbs - 55lbs
    3x15x3 10lb Dumbbell Workout - Consist of Alternating Curls, Sync Curls and Alternating Hammer Curls - Done at a fast pace.
    3x10 65lbs Upright Row
    30x60 Barbell Shrugs with 5 second holds every 20 reps.

    On top of that Johnstown. I am running at elevation of 4000 feet. Less air, harder, specially when I was out of shape. I am in okay shape right now.

    Will be doing Squats, Leg Curls and Extensions later with P90X Abs.

    Definitely.

    Family notices it the most, they are seeing it fall off. Hopefully I am 160ish by my birthday. May 5th


    Which, is 11+ weeks away. Pushing 2+lbs a week. I think I can do it, then after wards get to 150.

    Past couple days, I've ran but it didn't matter.

    Had friends come over, had some drinks past couple of nights.... **** I cant resist!





    Back to running and a diet.

    Going to possibly try 1000-1200 diet.


    34 Minutes - 3.5 Miles - 625 Calories

    Bad news today about the pops. And plus, Im home here alone, can barely step out of the house without worrying about it.


    5.0 Miles - 49 Minutes - 900 Calories

    Will try to do abs/chest tonight. Probably consist of push ups and dips.
