Ive been home for 3 weeks. Tomorrow, I start my diet again, no bull**** just doing it.
And I totally didn't do it, so much **** came up. And even more **** happening. I just have no desire to do anything where I live. Must leave!!!!
Started finally last week. Dropped a few lbs already.
Starting an EC stack tomorrow.
So far, no jitters, I feel a bit of energy but I feel the dose may be too low.
Day 1 So Far
(E - Ephedrine and C - Caffeine )
12.5 E - 100mg C
Im thinking of either finishing my day like this or taking a whole caffeine pill in a couple of hours.
Forgot to add my workout for yesterday.
Lifted weights - Chest - Triceps
Then ran for 45 minutes for 3.5 miles.
Today will just be cardio and abs.
Starting Day 2 of EC Stack - 12.5E and 100MG Caffeine for 3x.
End of Day 2
51 Minutes - 4.25 Miles with a number 4 incline.
I don't know how much incline that is.
Also did Ab Ripper X
Start of Day 3
12.5E - 200MG Caffeine
Will finish with 12.5 E and 100MG x2
Finished a 20 minute run for 2 miles a little bit ago. Taking off to see a friend and do some work, might be able to log.
Will do this workout tonight for back and biceps.

Slowly increasing my cycle. Tomorrow I do 3 full doses.
I haven't trained, lifting or cardio.
But I have had some other types of cardio... if you know what I mean.
Been sick a little, kind of cheated, hanging with some girl-friends.
Started my full stack. Will continue it.
Also started school.
