    The till???

Mate if he beat Jorrin which he should of he would of fought Oscar Larios and got ****ed up, Brodie was a great fighter in his day deffo world class but how the hell was he making till? Larios was way to much for mikey.

    hahaha you serious???

What sort of money do you think you make fighting guys like Larios??

50k tops, he made more money fighting Harrison, Brodie would never have made any life changing amount of money if he got the victory v Jorin he would of won the belt and lost against Larios so he would of made an extra 50k yes that amount of money would of seen him living the high life and never comign back :patsch

What makes more money a fight for a title or a few fights that lead to title fights :think

Even if Larios beat him he still would be within a few fights more of another title fight against title contenders. Not life changing money at all but a lot better than getting the same amount after 4 or 5 fights against domestic opposition. Then facing the same 4 or 5 fighters. He would have got a nice sum of money regardless.

Top post:good. Personally, I think a humbling is not too far around the corner. He's nothing more than a mere circus act, exacerbated by his own delusions of grandeur and self-importance - put bluntly, he's a silly boy who doesn't realise that people are laughing at him, rather than with him. Darke summed it up best when he said 'Small's living in a fantasy world where he thinks he's like RJJ'. Top moment from Darke and highlight of the pissing fight for me:lol:.

    :rofl:rofl:rofl

Yeah, it's Ishy's fault. He ruined it all and I'm not impressed by his antics:bart.

Sky were brilliant tonight. Even a good heated moment in the studio:yep. Sky are really sorting this coverage business out now, it seems.

Mate dont want to be rude but thats what happened exactly what you just said!!!

He lost to Jorrin then few fights later was fighting inji chi lol, so what would of been the difference??? If he had lost to Larios???? His biggest payday was Scott Harrison.

Brodie was not got enough or marketable enough to make enough money to retire and live on it for the rest of his life.

He would of always been skint weatehr he beat Jorrin and Chi, I mean Jennings got 90k to fight on PPV ffs on HBO, hes probably not got any of that left now that was less than 12 months ago lol.

They should keep their wages from them and give it to children in need or something, shockingly bad

:rofl read it over makes little sense to me.

If he beat Jorrin he would had a bit of a payday against Larios maybe even a shitty defence in between. He's clearly not going to make big bucks but offer 30K to most fighters at the lower weights and they would probably bite your hand off for it.

Either way Brodie wasn't going to make a life changing amount of money out of it and I'm not sure wether he was struggling for money or was just making sure there was nothing in the basement (like he said) but if he won a title maybe Brodie wouldn't of been in the ring tonight... Either way hopefully he retires after tonight.

I liked the look of Scott Quigg Would like to see Quigg take another step up fight before stepping up to championship class. I would like to see him against either Stuart McFadyen or Rocky Dean in a British Title Eliminator early next year.
