Proksa was supposed to fight Angulo(a fight that would have made HBO probably)but had to pull out because of that recent injury he just came back from.... He would have been the no name white euro underdog in a fight i know he could have won. That would have been his breakout performance.
That is bad news, damn it! I just saw Angulo fight & he's pretty bad ass. Alot like Margarito, if I remember. That would have put Proksa on the map, for sure with a win over this Mexican, who everyone says will produce great things in his career. Hand problems again?
Yes Angulo is no joke. I believe the article was referring to a while back, when they tried to match Proksa with Angulo. I don't thing Proksa is having hand issues at the moment.....I hope.
Man the Dragon is gonna lose... I still cant belive that Lawrence fight... Still rootin for him tho! Go Sosnowski!
Old news but i descided to post it for you non Polish readers Zegan-Snarski go underground! Olubowale-Kielsa clash! While IBF junior featherweight champion Steve Molitor makes his last second preparations for WBA champion Celestino Caballeros on November 21, two of Canada's best heavyweights will be fighting for their own piece of national boxing history on the same card. In the most significant Canadian heavyweight title fight in years, 6'7, 270lb Raymond "Mount Kilimanjaro" Olubowale (7-2-1, 4 KOs) defends his crown against undefeated 2000 Polish Olympian Greg Kielsa (7-0, 3 KOs) in the co-feature to Molitor-Caballero at Rumble at Rama VI, at Casino Rama, in Rama, Ontario. "This is easily the most important Canadian Heavyweight title fight since the days of George Chuvalo," Kielsa's manager, James Jardine, said. Tickets for Rumble at Rama VI are $50/$75/$125/$175, and are available at the Casino Rama Box Office, at all TicketMaster locations. Call 416-870-8000. Thursday, November 6 2008
Kielsa fight will be interesting to see. According to Polskiboks Jonak moved up 7 positions in the WBC rankings for the superwelter weight division. After the WBC watched a few of his fights they decided to move him up and to keep an eye on him as "the best young prospect in superwelter division". Interesting.
Just watched the Kielsa fight PP sent me vs Morales. I was hoping he would dispatch the dough-boy before time, but didnt manage to land any real big shots. I was surprised to see he is already 29 years old. Not bad, hope to see more of him in the future. He has to put himself into high gear though because he isnt all that young, and only 6 fights. Does anybody have any of Andrzejs early fights? Like below 15 wins? Would be interesting to see how he was doing when he was on his say 5th-6th fight. Still sad about his last fight. He deserved much better. What **** luck.
Great news. No doubt Poland has a lot of talent out there. Also, to add about Jonak, I guess that makes him 21 now in the rankings.

Oh hell yeah! I like what I see here. He looks like a small Adamek. Beautiful punching technique. ALL the Polish fighters have good technique. We're warriors!:happy
