Why do you lower Diaconu to the level of Dawson?
Dawson definitely would chose the less dangerour opponent for the defense
but Diaconu actually may go after the more experienced and more famous Johnson.

I think it is time for Proksa to step up. He is 17-0 now, and most of those fights he won easily.

That's just a thought. I wrote it to make up some way to let polish LTHW win a champion belt. Anyway I think that Dawson fought better guys than Diaconu, so far, therefore you can't say that Dawson chooses less dangerous opponents. I don't want to offend anyone, but Diaconu would be easier to beat for Kostecki than Dawson in my opinion. I felt free to show my opinion with realy hypothetical way of coming to the top, so there's nothing to let you be pissed off or something. You can also put your opinion and I'm not gonna argue if you are right or not.

    greetings,

Man, Proksa is really looking good. But thats not too hard when the other guy ain't fighting back. He's throwing his jab beautifully, nice combos to the body & head & the ususal body punishment is vicious.

ITS TIME FOR HIM TO STEP UP, FOR SURE! Why haven't we seen him on FNF's yet? Every other week we see Gamboa, who ESPN is in love him. So why not Proksa?

What the heck are they waiting for? Get out there & promote the kid...bring him to America & share the PROKSA EXCITEMENT!!!

We will see what happens with him now officially fighting at 154.

Opponents like that is why he was thinking about hanging them up a few months back.He gets a OK opponent then they pull out and he is stuck with a Lee Noble who doesnt even want to punch back.

Again this has nothing to do with Proksa not being ambitious but everything to do with terrible handling of his career.

Why pissed off .. I'm just teasing you.

Dawson sure is more dangerous but his rematch with Tarver is just shameless.
The whole LHW division now is in bad condition because the guys who
have the belts are not looking for challenges but only for big money
... except Erdei who is not looking for anything.

Since Kostecki is not known enough to bring money to the table he
will not be voluntarily able to get close to either Diaconu or Dawson
... the easiest way for title shot is via Erdei or Garay.

But the closest way to become a champion of the world is beating current WBC champ. Because in IBF ranking Kostecki is not even in top 15, WBA - 11th position, WBO I don't know. So the one possibility to get the 1 of 4 the most prestigous belts is only beating Diaconu to become a WBC LHW champion. This is the most possible opportunity, other belts are out of range so far for Kostecki, because of ranks, I think. Erdei is gonna be beaten up by Kuziemski, I hope :D and this belt will be back in polish hands :)

Grzegorz Kielsa(Sydney Olympian)beat Arthur Cook TKO 8 last night in Canada.

Curious to see how far this Canadian based Polish Southpaw HW can go.Good fundamentals but a question mark is left on his desire to go all the way.He took a long layoff a while back.

Damn, that article makes it seem like Kielsa knocked him out pretty damn brutal.

6'4 well built in good shape with a good amatuer background and fundamentals and most importantly a southpaw! In this weak HW era he could emerge on the scene fairly quick if he continues to win.
