Wow that was predictable.. happened exactly as I thought it would look, except ended 5 rounds sooner.

Honestly speaking watching the fight I was pissed. I was pissed at Golota taking the fight, I was pissed at Adamek literally taking apart an old shell of a fighter in Golota. Adamek was virtually fighting a punching bag. Golota barely threw any punches at all.. his left hand was non-existant, his defense was horrible, and he didnt even hold his hands at his chin. You just can't beat age. The difference in speed was HUGE.

As for Adameks win, I think it proves almost nothing. Golota from what I saw hit Adamek with maybe 2 decent shots, and other then that proved to be no risk for the faster, younger, better conditioned Adamek. Golota barely even threw any shots to give Adamek even a challenge. Not to mention all the ***gits at the bar yelling and cheering for Adamek like a bunch of brainless pussies, we almost got into a fight with those ***gits.

Masternak showed skill. Awesome fight by him, way my favorite of the night. He definently has potential and a lot of good fights ahead of him.

Jonak I thought would win but managed a draw.. was a pretty decent fight but honestly I expected a little bit more from Jonak.

Too bad we didnt see Szpilka, that was one of the main fights I was looking forward to the most other then Masternak and Janik, but apparently Szpila has more important street fights with his dresiarz friends to tend to then his career. Dumbass.

Kostecki beat Soszynski.. stil can't stand Kostecki.. the guy just pisses me the **** off.

Kinda drunk, and dissapointed in the main event... altho this was telegraphed and i shoulda known better and saw/did see it comming, but ****. All in all it was a decent night with good fights, main event didnt live up to the hype, and was ever so predictable.

 

Masternak was OK at best. Nothing to get to happy about tho.

He could of done much better and in my eyes that fight was stopped prematurely. Im sure Janik could of survived another round or so who knows.

 

I thought he did pretty good. I honestly thought he would lose goin in. Was pretty quick, showed good defence, and techinc. Masternak needs to step his **** up and stop fighting bums. Fight was stopped prematurely, he coulda gone on, but it would have only been delaying the inevitable. The 2nd KD Janik got up but was on ***** street no doubt.

To add to this.. Golota took a hell of a lot of shots from Adamek at the end of the fight... surprised he didnt go down sooner. Good chin... those replays they showed were brutal. Good stoppage by the ref, I was yelling for him to stop it like 5 seconds before he did.

 

its not just Masternak.... its everybody...

Fonfara, Wilczewski are just 2 recent victims to that ****.

Im sick of the Wojak promoters.... other than Wlodarczyk, these other guys havent been really fighting decent contenders/journymen but just straight up tomato cans. How the **** do you expect to get better when your fighting tomato cans than finnaly move up so big like that??

Seriously, i was i was a Wojak promoter, i could manage these fighters way better than what they are now. Cept Wlodarczyk tho, cause his resume is pretty good for a Wojak fighter.

Than when they finnally move up from Tomato Can status to Strong Journeyman like Curtis Stevens or so, they are TOTALLY clueless.... and theres nothing even Gmitruk or Wasilewski can do about that.

Not saying Wilczewski could of beaten Curtis Stevens but just saying if better prepared, Wilczewski could of done WONDERS better than what he did. Such a sad site tho cause Wilk is a real humble and good person from what i've read.

 

Agreed and Masternak is just recent.

Altho I think Masternak has more potential the Fonfara and Wilczewski... Fonfara was a KO waiting to happen, altho I think Wilk can still bounce back, he seems to have a pretty solid foundation, but got thrown into the ring against a power shot lobbing strong guy like Stevens after fighting a bunch of no-names.. Too soon.

Poland has so much talent in boxing and it is all going to waste because of the shitty promotion these guys get. It is sad.

come on bro you can't compare Masternak with Fonfara and Wilk.
Mateusz is on a different level, Andrzej is a joke and Wilk has some skills
but is very limited. I'm not saying Masternak will be a world champion, but he does have descipline and mentality to get to places. :thumbsup

 

The main thing about the main event that got me pissed/sad while watching it was honestly the demolition of my favorite fighter. It was sad to watch Andrzej go out like that again, and give all his critics one last time to laugh.

Here is a post-fight interview. Nice at the end when he leaves the building some of his fans gathered around to support him. Good ****, surely he was grateful for it and needed it last night.

As for Kostecki, no real basis to be honest and I know it's not fair, I just simply don't like him.

 

IM not sayin Masternak is on the skill level of those guys its just that the quality of opponents need to be improved really...

Also, did anyone hear what Adamek said about Wloadrczyk? o_o
