There is actually a completely legal way of watching it. Click here: http://www.lovepol.com/ They have 12 Polish channels (including TVP1), all in very good, stable quality, plus they have a PVR feature where you can watch all their channels going back to a week and you can record live shows too! I believe they still give you a free test ride of all their channels for 24 hours or maybe more (meaning you should be able to watch tonight´s fight!). After that its like 20 bucks a month. I´ve had them for over a year and I´m super happy. I recommend hooking up your pc to your tv for an even better experience.
Just download the small software and take it for a spin. Its very user friendly, my technologically backwards dad even uses it.
Apparently, after seeing some footage of Szpilka, Monte Barrett wimped out of sparring with him :hey If Szpilka progresses as far as I think he can and if he picks up some English, this kid may become a household name soon. Also maybe his trainers could have hooked him up with Wach´s sparring partner - none other than Sasha Povetkin - seeing as how Wach and Szpilka are on the same promotion and are friends. I guarantee you, upon seeing him, Atlas would be all over Szpilka.
Despite everything, I think Atlas is a good teacher, certainly better than Fedor Lapin. He just walked into a bad situation with Povetkin and his greedy promoters. Atlas would improve Szpilka´s defense make him a bit more patient and give him instant name recognition.
:thumbsup he looked awesome, his flashes of power got me to yell in excitement. Must maintain a cool head though, don't want to overestimate him too early
Any news which polish stations will be picking up the Adamek\Klit card. I know HBO will broadcast the fight, but I would like to watch the entire card. So far we have: Ola Afolabi vs Lukasz Janik - tough fight for Janik, can't see him favored in this one Andrzej Wawrzyk vs Devin Vergas - good test for Andrzej, Devin is a fast, skillful boxer with not a lot of power Hopefully they will find someone decent for Masternak. It looks like Pawel Kolodziej is off the card? I have not heard much about him.
not sure what Polish station will air it yet but I am sure they will have the undercards on unlike HBO
http://www.eastsideboxing.com/forum/showthread.php?t=327009 klitschko manager said it is kolodziej who is facing Ola Afolabi,i guess they must have changed this
http://www.english.bokser.org/ Check out this good article on bokser.org in english... It talks about all of the up-and-coming Polish figthers and their unique styles. It doesn't have a direct link but its the article called "Raging Bull", "The Wolf", "Super G", and "Braveheart"- Four Polish Riders of Titles - Apocalypse
Looks like Masternak is fighting 37 yrs old Carl Davis 15(11)-3(2). Definitely disappointed to say the least....
