Szpilka sounds pretty confident that he thinks he can beat Adamek.

This matchup would actually be fun, see what Szpilka really has... but at this stage I don't think it would end well for him.

Adamek has been in there with the best that the LHW, CW and HW divisions have to offer, Szpilka has so far only fought a couple cans, and Cracovia fans.. would be fun tho.

OK, I'm home now & saw the video. A bit to fast with all those clips one after the other, but a good tribute none the less.

I can't help but get emotional whenever I see something like that. For over 10 I waited for him to pull through. The utter disgust when he was robbed vs Byrd. The beauty of his boxing skills vs Bowe. The bravery he showed against Corrie Sanders, etc., etc.

So close to a HW title & yet so far. A huge waste of talent. And the hatred directed at him from those fools who only saw the low blows hurt the most.

Too soon. I think this fight may happen in 2 years as another passing of the torch kind of fight, if things go well for Artur. Adamek will be Szpilka´s Golota.

 

Don't think Adamek wants to fight any fellow Poles any more.


I think we will see Atur Vs Golota in 2012.. lol

 

What time EST is Szpilka fighting?

 

nobody would pay to see that massacre. Besides they´re friends. Adamek may do this if theres enough money on the table and 2 years down the line he may not have very good alternative options left. I´m affraid Adamek will not have as many lives as Golota.
