Kuziemsky has ZERO pop in his fists - even when he tried to KO Venancio and landed flush shots on him he even couldn't stagger the Brazilian. Though Venancio went down on several occasions wich one was counted as a knock down, but is was clear to see that is was more about stamina issues and bad balance than about firepower by Kuziemsky...btw, very robotic style by K...
Have not seen him fight yet but it was no secret he has NO POWER with his 2 KO's in 14 fights. I figured he would make up for that with good boxing but you say he is robotic so i dont know how he continues to win UD's.
His hands are fast make no mistake but the way he launches his "power shots" looks like as if he is falling into his opponent - in those moments he looks way off balance...
What can you do?IMO he still has another good 4 fighting years in him.He didnt get put on the map till he was 29 anyway. What's done is done. Looks like Adamek will take on Bobby Gunn in Germany on the 29th.Proksa and Adamek fighting in Germany.Let's hope they are treated fair.
Looks pretty good in that clip. Anyone know about his loss to Medina, or info on that particular fight? jw
From what i read he got busted up and outboxed.Dont know whether it was from being a worse boxer or he just overlooked his opponent and wasnt motivated. An early loss can sometimes crush fighters but it looks like he is fighting very motivated right now. From what i have read he has become a local favorite in the Chicago area from fighting on all those cards at Cicero Stadium.
Good to hear hes back at it, hopefully he will continue. Seems he has a pretty good style, and talent. :thumbsup Young too, only 20 years old.
I'm sure he took the defeat in stride & tried to learn as much as he can from the loss. It will make him a better fighter in the long run. He's very young, has a long road ahead of him & I personally look forward to hearing & seeing more about him. Good to hear Adamek will be fighting on the 29th, even if its against a Tommy Gunn & you say that Proksa will fight on that date, also? Thanks for the updates. ((((((((((GO POLSKA))))))))))
Yea, as long as Adamek is fighting somebody.. he has to stay somewhat active. I hope he can get a better fight after this one. Who the hell is this Gunn guy anyways? P.S - What do all you polacy think of our group in Euro08? Germany is one of the elite teams, and as always will be tough, although I don't think they would be nearly as good if there werent a bunch of sellout "polacy" playing for them... I think we have a chance, and can beat Croatia, although that is a good team, havent had any friendlies with them of late that I recall. Just because they beat a disorganised England doesnt all the sudden make them unbeatable, as some are making them out to be. Austria shouldnt pose too much of a threat, but you never know. I just hope the kadra that won against Portugal shows up. That was a beautiful game, and showed the potential of our team, but it needs to be more common place. I think they have improved much since Beenhakker took over. Janas was a joke. The consistency is not there yet though.
At this point i dont care who he is fighting as long as he is active. Gunn isnt the worst choice in opponents considering the layoff and short notice.
Reading comments from Poles who watched the fight they say he boxed very well and they are as harsh of critics as they come when they judge there own fighters. From i read about the balance thing is that he was purposly overshooting with his right at times to switch into a southpaw stance in spurts which brought him success and confused his opponent.I read he was trying to go for the KO in the 12th badly but couldnt do it. I gotta see him fight sometime because through 14 fights he is ranked pretty high.WBC-15 ; WBA-12 ; WBO-10 ; IBF-not in the top 15.
