    In my opinion:
    Saleta(PRIME) better than Bonin.
Saleta(PRIME) little better or on the same level as Sosnowski.

SUPER G to face former World Champ?

So says the man in a recent interview. He did not reveal who he plans on fighting after his July 20th bout. His opponent for his upcoming fight on the 20th has yet to be named. He will be defending both the WBC and IBF Youth titles.

Anybody have the slightest of clues who he may be thinking about?IMO he will probably face one of the Hungarian former trincket holders who held one of the ABC belts and im not talking about the top 4 here. But nervertheless it's good to see him testing himself so early.

I remember i posted at the beggining of the year that i heard a rumour he wanted to stay active in 07 and finish the year against a solid opponent. He hasnt been terribly active but i guess the rumour is true about him really wanting to step up the level of his comp.

On a side note the bad blood between Proksa and Jonak was mentioned.Super G basically let the comments about his level of competition and power roll of his shoulders.(Jonak talked a bit of **** a while back).

Grzegorz "Super G" Proksa(10-0 6ko)WBC&IBF Youth Middleweight Champion
    Damian Jonak(13-0 9ko)WBC Youth/Interim Light Middleweight Champion

    Collision Course?

I don't like such a situations. Fine, they know who Super is going fight for example in december but he doesn't know who will be his opponent in ten days :rofl . I hope it won't be guy like 10 wins 21 losses 2 draws because I wait too long for this fight. Fight Jonak-Proksa is possible. I think Super G may go soon to LMW and that would be good move for him. He is pretty small on MW and his chin is questionable - imagine him and Pavlik in fight - the difference in height and reach :think

His upcoming fight should be against a decent opponent since his Youth titles are on the line.I would imagine he is fighting another young prospect.

I agree that he is small and that has always been my knock on him but i dont get the chin part?He hasnt even come close to being wobbled.

Conway was the only one wobbled in that fight.

Proksa has not been rocked yet.

And this a credit to his SUPERB defense and yes i said SUPERB for those who have said he needs to work on his defense.I guess some people's ideal defense is that of Winky Wright's and not that of a Sweet P and Proksa would fall into Sweet P's catagory IMO.He has TREMENDOUS reflexes, uses excellent footwork and angles he is never in the same place. He knows how to roll with punches and even better his counter punching is great. And most importantly he completly takes his opponents out of there game plan and frustrates the **** out of them.

His ring generalship is second to none he doesnt just win he dominates sweeping almost every round in every fight. In 10 fights he has lost 1 to a fighter mind you that was 34-7 while Proksa was 9-0.That round that he did lose could have gone either way and he didnt lose it by getting hit Conway simply clinched and pitty patted nothing shots.

So far he hasnt even blead or suffered any swelling and that's because he rarely gets hit clean.

Good post PP! Super G is a great prospect, he can go really far!

P.S. His defence is great, but he makes some mistakes (it's normal for a fighter with his profi experience). But he's getting too cocky at times (Van Esveelde fight).
