Maybe, maybe not. But if not true, and in the face of losing the WBC endorsement of + the Stiverne fight itself, wouldn't he have protested? A little? The way Stiverne talks, they had Duhaupus ready to go for a week and kept dropping hints to Bermane about him dropping out of the fight, making him think they knew he would.

I hate it. Want to see Povetkin in the mix with Wilder, AJ and the rest.

I find it strange he and Bute tested positive for the same drug (and that Bute, a Memo fighter, tested positive at all).

It's also unusual to fly the sample halfway around the world to LA instead of using a neutral venue for the testing lab. If a German fighter were to host a fighter promoted from Japan, they wouldn't collect the samples in Berlin only to fly and test the samples in Tokyo.

Russian labs are banned. And UCLA is the best ****ing lab in the history of anti doping.

UCLA is the best of all time for sure.

Just look at how well they've cleaned up the NFL. That league is clean as a whistle now.

    :loel:

yeah, they're doped like Kentucky winners in the colleges where they don't test.

If I was Ryabinsky I would not trust any sample tested in the US for the reasons the opening poster stated. Surprised he allowed the samples to be flown there.

VADA and the WBC work hand in hand, so testing center location may've been something non-negotiable for the promoters.

For those interested, here's the list of approved labs globally. There are two in the U.S. - LA and Salt Lake City, and many more choices globally.

It's not the Labs job to police a league. You only make yourself look like a moron saying dumb **** like that. How well has NSAC done allowing retroactive TUEs? The UCLA Lab was brought up by Don Catlin, you know he's the godfather of anti-doping right? How many tests has he invented while at LA? Hello, CIR test?

Switzerland would have been by far the best oslce for the test in, flying the same that tested positive all the way back to america is the re flag here serious corruption..

And its happening around the same time Obama and Hillary are falsly accusing Russia of hacking and of everything else under the sun

How much excuses will you guys make for this serial cheater. Even if I believed these wack job conspiracies that he's test was tainted, how can you explain the dramatic improvements in Povetkins physique, power and speed. He's looking like a completely different fighter all of this happening past the age of 35 that's too fishy.

If Povetkin gets off it will be thanks to his sugar daddy Ryanbisky's fat wallet. I hope anyone giving him the benefit of the doubt is doing the same for the other cheater Browne.

European boxing fans are the worst boxing fans. They defend cheaters, druggies, racist idiot like Tyson Fury. They defend cheats like Povetkin. I am pretty sure the typical European boxing would defend murderers and terrorist if the person is European.

Alexander Povetkin is a cheater and so are most European boxers.
