Floyd and Pac weren't drawing **** until they fought him. Now they're drawing **** in droves at a relatively equal pace because they both have wins over him. So stop crowning one or the other. They both owe all of their fame to him. PPV buys come from casual fans who are looking for something to watch on a Saturday night, not the hardcore fans of a niche sport in America.

It should be a 50/50 split if it ever happens because they're both ****.

  4. 4 years ago, the economy was less ****. And boxing was more popular. Now it's all about MMA.

DLH is the PPV King all time.....but He's no longer a fighter. He's a promoter. Right now Floyd is the PPV king. Not by much at all....but he still does slightly better numbers than PAC which is suprising. We are talking about US PPV#'s...and Floyd is a US fighter....so was DLH....PAC is not. How he is able to compare to FLoyd is very telling about how much influence PAC has on a global scale.

Four years ago, Oscar was still fighting.

Now the best we got two fighters pulling in basically the same numbers, so we gotta crown only one of them them on some bull****.

The fact that you try to argue either one of them is better is stupid.

Nacho Money Beristain. Look at this ****. Mother****er looks like he's posing for a ****in' GQ photoshoot with a fan blowing his non-existent hair.

Yep, and Oscar still holds the single fight PPV record.

But you can't deny Pac and Mayweather have taken it to another level. I think they've surpassed Oscar's popularity,.. and i think that's because, unlike DLH, they are proven true ATGs with amazing skill, who have consistently dominated other great fighters. With the historical significance of their fights they are able to attract more media attention and interest from casual fans, and of course more fanboys.

They should do 3 million US PPV buys if they fight each other, which is just unheard of, and they have the upsurge in popularity of MMA and the UFC to contend with

They definitely are not more popular then Oscar was, Oscar had everything going for him and was great for ppv, I rather the other 2 above him though.

This. People are incredibly underrating Oscar here. They were on his nuts before he even went to the Olympics.

Oscar was already mainstream before he went pro. Floyd and emmanuel have only recently become big names.

Oscar brings the loot like no other fighter ever no question. I wouldnt say Floyd is the king now, because Pac also sells well. Floyd may have slightly higher numbers, but thats because he doesnt fight as frequently. I think they are about even as demonstrated Mayweather-Hatton brought in 850,000, Paccquiao-Hatton brought in 850,000

Oscar should talk to those two:

    "You both are ****. 50-50!"

May-Hatton did better numbers in the UK than emmanuel-Hatton.
